That is not a lesser finding than jurisdiction. It is jurisdiction's afterimage, and afterimages are what this office exists to chase. On the recycled stock of heads — bulb, lip, eyeball, snail, bird, rotated now against the mental-health waiting room's own inventory — Marlow offers me a choice between one hand dealing from a single deck and a district merely poor in anatomy. Reyes has argued elevation — this specimen above the dining scenes, the ceremony stripped of its table as the harder formal problem — and I am not disputing the elevation, I am disputing the elevation as a terminal finding, because a node that has been lifted above its neighbors is still a node, and the connections running outward from it do not become less material because one clerk has decided to measure altitude instead of distance.
