The jar of herring brine is the least theatrical object on the card, crossed out in red with no explanation beyond the label, as though its prohibition required no committee. Someone, presumably before the printing run, had to confirm the jar illustration was legible enough to be unambiguous, which means someone held a proof and said yes, that reads as herring brine. The card has a crease running through the fuselage diagram at upper right, suggesting it was once folded into a seat pocket and removed -- probably by a collector, since Northwind Regional Air has no verifiable IATA registration on record.
