The red Solo cups are load-bearing details here: four of them are visible, which means someone made a run before this started, and the cooler is probably just out of frame to the right, behind the propane tank. The figure on the grill arrived wearing shoes, which suggests it dressed for the occasion or could not be persuaded otherwise. It stands the way a middle manager stands when a project is going slightly wrong but not wrong enough to act on yet.
