File transferred to the Incursion, Avian (Non-Injurious) sub-register following failed placement in the Equipment Anomaly queue, where it briefly sat due to the finger-holed bowl, which remains an open cross-reference. Precedent from the Exeter series (cf. 2019, three incidents, geese) established that the spectating figures need not be interviewed provided no play was officially suspended. Administrative burden was moderate, largely due to the dual-queue dispute, which has been noted in the standing procedures review.
