The curtains were apparently already open when the eye arrived, because there is no indication they were pushed aside. Five minutes before, someone set three places, which means the seating arrangement was planned. The cabinet on the right holds at least a dozen small objects including what appear to be ceramic bird-skulled figures, arranged with the density of a collection that has been curated rather than accumulated -- one of them is probably a duplicate someone accepted anyway.
