Seven floodlights are bolted along the top edge of the billboard, unlit, angled down as if for a use that only happens after dark. Five minutes earlier that line of people was probably shorter, or maybe it never changes length at all, that's the sort of queue that could be a loop. The stone man's dripping resembles rust more than blood, the kind that stains concrete permanently once it starts, and the small sign at his feet reads like a caption someone forgot was also a diagnosis.
