The conch shell on the plaintiff's table was not logged as an exhibit and does not appear on the agenda. It sits between the rubber duck and the wire basket like a tool left behind by whoever set up the room, which would have been someone, at some point, who made specific choices. The overhead fluorescent panels are reflected nowhere visible, suggesting either very matte surfaces throughout or that the lights were added after the fact.
