The ramp at the base of the ark shows no wear pattern consistent with heavy animals, which is either an oversight or a confession. Three birds total are visible if you count the small one near the mountains, and none of them appear distressed by the scale of the figure on the right, who casts no shadow despite standing on visible ground. The halo is drawn thin, almost an afterthought, like a hat rack left up after the party ended.
