The lamb plush in the lower-left corner is facing away from everyone, which is the correct posture given the circumstances. Someone, probably before the shoot, positioned the toy dragon so its open mouth points toward the woman in overalls, a choice that required picking it up and setting it down again deliberately. The grey figure at the back had to stand on something to clear the other heads by that margin, and whatever that object was has been removed.
